How to get help

  • Email: support@dokebi.org — primary support channel

Response time: 1–2 business days (KST, Mon–Fri). Critical Slack OAuth failures are prioritized.

Slack app quick troubleshooting

  • App not responding to /dokebi? Reinstall from Manage Distribution Shareable URL and confirm bot scopes granted.
  • OAuth failed? Check Redirect URL matches https://dokebi.org/api/slack/oauth/callback
  • Events not appearing? Ensure the channel is linked with /dokebi link and bot is invited.

What Dokebi for Slack does

Dokebi brings incident management and analysis into Slack. Collector ZIPs are parsed in memory (stateless containers) and normalized to a timeline with 4 lanes — Process, Network, File, Auth — with bucket controls 5s → 1h and drag-range selection. No raw ZIPs are persisted to blob after parsing.

Hosting

Azure Container Apps (koreacentral), PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Azure Blob (attachments) — Standard_LRS.

Data deletion & app removal

  1. Remove the app from your Slack workspace: Slack → Apps → Dokebi → Configuration → Remove App
  2. Request data deletion: email support@dokebi.org with your workspace domain and team_id. We delete OAuth tokens, team-scoped events, and Blob attachments within 7 days and confirm by email.
  3. For individual user data, workspace admins can request scope-limited deletion.
